
Sara’s Sturgeon Burgers

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg ground Acadian sturgeon red meat, Matzoh meal, 2 eggs, chopped green onion, salt, a generous spoonfull of Old Bay seasoning, olive oil.
DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl mix the ground sturgeon, with Matzoh meal, eggs, chopped green onion, a little salt and a generous spoonful of Old Bay seasoning. Make about twelve big burgers patties. Broil them for 20 min or until done after spreading 1/3 tsp. of olive oil on each one.
SARA'S NOTES: The most fabulous burgers! Besides the fact that they looked fabulous, the taste and texture is super! They are juicy and and a heck of a lot healthier eating than beef burgers.
